Ravnanger Slowflyer Airport - 21st september 2001
Yesterday we flew the Stick, and it felt kind of dull compared to the Tiger. Today we flew the Tiger, and it was kind of dull compared to the 3 hour altitude record breaking flight sessions last sunday. It turned out to be the new engine we bought to get the Stick back in the air that had some kind of fabrication error. After 4 battery packs ( that's around 40 minutes ) the engine tossed in the towel and came to a complete halt. We'll have the original Tiger motor ( the two are supposed to be identical ) remounted tomorrow.
